Terms of Service

Prices are subject to change based on demand. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

PAYMENTThe only currency accepted is USD and can be paid through CashApp, Venmo or bank transfer.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split with 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Do not send any payment before I have sent confirmation for your slot and have requested payment.

PROCESS & DELIVERYThe time taken to finish a commission can vary from as little as a week up to 3 months depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Please note that there is no physical product.

REVISIONSYou get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.A fee will be added if you want changes on the final product, unless there was a misunderstanding on my part.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge a fee to change it. The amount of extra charge depends on the change you'd like me to make and it is usually based on an hourly wage.If a reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, "momo/momomadeit" (the artist):Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms listed here.Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (through reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints to sell, etc.)May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).May NOT use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, i.e. making money off of it in any way not excluded by these terms.Claiming the artwork as your ownAltering the artwork without my consentIn some cases, the commercial rights to an image may be purchased.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started work on the commission.If for some reason I am not able to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.If you cancel the order before I have started working on it, you can get a full refund.The kill fee for cancelling a commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's total price. Client will then receive the work as-is.If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund, but agrees to pay the kill fee.
